Lemur
Reporting
Lemur extends the core waveDNA engine by adding a flexible reporting framework. Lemur is designed to
extract data from the waveDNA model at all levels. Reports are generated to
enable the detailed analysis
of low level performance nuances at the bar level, and higher level structural relationships at the instrument
track and song level. The data features generated at the various model levels are customizable, and there
will be an API for 3rd party users to extend the feature set.
The waveDNA project is also collaborating with the McGill Music Technology department to integrate the
JSymbolic feature extraction library into the Lemur feature set. Lemur will also export a hierarchal set of
reports in tab delimited text, and WEKA file formats.
